Commission a Painting by Sergei Moskalev

Sergei Moskalev paints commissioned works for private collectors who want a cityscape that carries their own memories. Trained at the Penza Art College in Russia and a member of the UNESCO International Federation of Artists, he works in oil and gold leaf on canvas, building each scene with expressive brushwork and the palette knife.

A commission can begin with a city you love or with a painting you have already seen in his collections, from Paris and Venice to New York and Las Vegas. Share the place, the light and the mood you have in mind as the starting point for a new original work.
